  • Do I need medical clearance before getting an IV infusion?

    Yes. All clients must complete a medical screening and Good Faith Exam before receiving treatment. VYDA Wellness partners with Qualiphy to provide telehealth Good Faith Exams (GFE) to help ensure treatment is safe and appropriate.

  • Who oversees VYDA Wellness?

    VYDA Wellness operates under the medical direction of Dr. Stefana Pecher, MD, a Connecticut-licensed physician. All services are provided under physician-approved protocols and standing orders.

  • Is IV hydration therapy safe?

    Yes. Before treatment, we review your medical history, medications, allergies, symptoms, and vital signs. All services are administered by a licensed Registered Nurse following physician-approved protocols.

  • What is mobile IV hydration therapy?

    Mobile IV hydration therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream from the comfort of your home, office, hotel, gym, or event location.

  • What areas of Connecticut do you serve?

    VYDA Wellness provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services throughout Connecticut, including Norwich, New London, Groton, Mystic, Middletown, Hartford, New Haven, and surrounding communities.

  • How long does an IV infusion take?

    Most IV hydration appointments take approximately 45–90 minutes, depending on the treatment selected and your individual needs.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    No. VYDA Wellness is a cash-pay wellness practice and does not bill health insurance.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling platform. Once scheduled, you’ll complete the required intake forms and medical screening before your appointment.
