  • Do I need medical clearance before getting an IV infusion?

    No. VYDA Wellness operates under physician-approved standing orders and protocols. A brief medical questionnaire and on-site assessment are completed before treatment to ensure safety.

  • Is IV hydration safe?

    Yes. All infusions and injections are administered by a licensed Registered Nurse following physician-approved protocols. Vital signs, symptoms, allergies, and medical history are reviewed before every service.

  • Do you offer mobile IV hydration?

    Yes. We travel to homes, offices, gyms, hotels, and events.

  • How long does an IV infusion take?

    Most infusions take 35–45 minutes depending on the blend. IM injections take less than 60 seconds.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    No. IV hydration and wellness injections are self-pay services.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.

  • Can I get an IV while pregnant or breastfeeding?

    Some services may be limited. Please check with your OB provider and notify your nurse before booking.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cards, Apple Pay, and Cash. (A 3.1% card processing fee applies.)

  • Do you offer memberships?

    Yes. Our VYDA Elite Membership includes 1 IV + 2 IM injections per month with priority scheduling and exclusive wellness benefits.
