Services Provided
VYDA Wellness LLC offers wellness-based services including:
IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapy
Intramuscular (IM) injections
NAD+ IV and IM services
All services are elective, wellness-focused, and not a substitute for medical treatment or emergency care.
Clinical services are performed only under established standing orders and protocols approved by a licensed Connecticut physician.
Eligibility for Services
To receive services, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Complete required intake forms truthfully
Disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications
Agree to the risks, benefits, and alternatives of treatment
We reserve the right to decline service if:
You do not meet safety criteria
You display signs of intoxication or medical instability

8% Clinical Supplies Charge to cover sterile IV materials, vitamins, medications, and disposable medical equipment.
7% Medical Compliance Charge to support chart review, medical oversight, EMR compliance, and safety protocols.
These charges total 15% and are applied at checkout as part of the overall cost of treatment.
Price are subject to change at any time without notice.
You authorize VYDA Wellness LLC to charge your saved payment method for deposits, services, add-ons, and applicable fees.
Refunds
Due to the nature of clinical wellness services, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
Completed services
Packages
Memberships
Missed appointments
Gift cards
Deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable.
Risks & Liability
IV and IM therapy carry risks, including but not limited to:
Bruising, swelling, and injection-site pain
Allergic reactions
Vein irritation or infiltration
Infection
Nausea or dizziness
By receiving treatment, you acknowledge these risks and agree to proceed voluntarily.
You release and hold harmless:

Its owners, employees, medical director, and contractors
from any liability associated with elective wellness services, except where prohibited by law.
